1. General Return Conditions (Non-Sale Items)
For items purchased at the regular retail price, we offer a limited return window subject to the following conditions:

Return Window: You must initiate the return process within 24 hours of receiving your product (based on delivery confirmation).

Required Documentation: All returns must be accompanied by the original Proof of Purchase (receipt).

Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be returned in its Original Packaging (unopened/unsealed). Any product that is opened, used, or missing original components will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Exceptions (Items Not Eligible for Return)
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale Items and Clearance Products: All purchases made during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return or refund.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or external factors after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, you must contact our support team via email:

Date of Purchase and Date of Delivery.

Reason for the return.

Photos of the item and its original packaging (if applicable).

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider).

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
